Hospitable pricing: what hosts actually need to budget for

Hospitable uses a tiered subscription model with a free entry plan and paid plans that include a set number of active properties. The useful comparison is not only the base price: property count, paid add-ons and the workflows you need can change the all-in monthly cost.

The headline prices

For new subscriptions, Hospitable lists four plans: Essentials, Host, Professional and Mogul. Essentials is a free-forever plan. The paid plans have a base subscription plus charges for additional active properties beyond the included count. That makes the relevant number your active-property count, not simply the plan name.

Trial and commitment

Hospitable advertises a 14-day free trial with no credit card required for the full-feature trial path. Its support documentation also says paid plans have no contract or commitment and no onboarding fee.

Where extra cost can appear

Some functionality can add charges. Hospitable documents additional active-property charges and feature-specific add-ons. Essentials, for example, can use paid Dynamic Pricing after its introductory usage period, while paid plans package different functionality. Always run the current pricing calculator for your exact portfolio before subscribing.

Who each tier fits

Essentials is useful for a new host who wants core automation without a base subscription. Host targets a solo operator with one or two properties. Professional is the natural step for a growing small portfolio or team. Mogul is positioned for larger, more operationally demanding portfolios. The best plan is the lowest tier that supports the workflows and property count you actually need.
