STR Software Guide is an independent software research and comparison publication for vacation-rental hosts and property managers. We organize reviews and buying guides around portfolio size, workflow, pricing structure, direct-booking needs and the recurring operational work a platform can remove.
We use provider-owned pricing, product and support documentation as the primary factual layer. Material commercial claims are checked against those sources, and our source ledger makes the research trail easier to inspect.
Editorial independence
Commercial relationships do not determine editorial ranking or fit assessments. Affiliate links may be added when relevant partnerships are approved, and those relationships are disclosed. Our methodology is published separately so readers can see how products are compared.
